Inspiration for the Knobbly Carrot Organic Food Company grew from a coffee shop and deli with an unrivaled reputation. While enjoying awards for her customer service and unique recipes, entrepreneur and deli manager Stephanie Bond responded to a gap in the market and Knobbly Carrot was born.
All the Knobbly Carrot’s founders are passionate ecologists, committed to creating delicious fresh organic food with, wherever possible, only a positive impact on the environment. Our local environment and the backdrop to our homemade cooking is the Welsh hills. Our kitchens and offices are set in the beautiful West Wales university town of Lampeter, increasingly known for its commitment to the Transition Towns Movement.
So, we reckon we’ve got the best of everything. We love our food and love the countryside in which we live. We are doing everything we can to give you food that makes your mouth water and keeps you in the best of health. Enjoy! |
